In the last post we spoke about the importance of balancing electro-magnetic energies. Below is a recorded guided “meditation” that will help you do just that. This is a method that I incorporate into many of the recorded programs we do–it is an excellent tool to use at the start and end of other methods and it can be used alone to help you to: (1)increase your sensitivity to personal energy; (2)center and ground yourself; (3)experience more inner ease, peace and freedom from tension.
