Set the Tone for Your Day

Each morning we get a Cosmic Do Over! A great way to start the day is with gratitude. Upon awakening, take a just a moment to settle deep inside, breathe slowly and freely, to connect to your your heart—focus on gratitude or appreciation or love —-feel yourself expand with that energy and flow it out into your day, to all the people you will meet along the way, to all the situations you may encounter(do not try to think about what they are, simply have the intention to flow love and ease).

Why Gratitude?

We hear this same message regarding gratitude from many sectors: the spiritual, psychological, medical and scientific. Gratitude has been shown to be a powerful emotion that generates positive outcomes in health, well-being, and prayer as well as in the creation of reality.

Gratitude has long been hailed by spiritual teachers as a factor in increasing our ability to attract positive circumstances into our lives. Recent research has provided some answers that explain the scientific basis for this.

Knowing there is science underlying the variables involved in conscious creation gives us deeper understanding. We also need to be aware that patience, motivation, commitment and perseverance are needed as we move through the learning and conditioning process required to truly become the designers of our lives.

If you have a particular intention for they day release it from a space of gratitude, not pushing but simply flowing energy and being grateful that all works for the best for all concerned in your world today!

As you go through your day. make it a point to touch back into the ease and peace that you began the day with..you’ll be glad you did at the end of the day!

At the close of the day you may write in a gratitude journal to track all that you appreciate about the day. This helps to build positive energy and sets the tone for a peaceful night’s sleep.
