Sometimes it may be difficult to discover beliefs from the level of the everyday mind. This is one reason why tools such as imagery, visualization, self- hypnosis, relaxation and meditation are so beneficial. In addition it is not enough to KNOW about beliefs, what they are and how they affect us. Those steps are the beginning. We must then DO something to erase old programming and install new in order to have different outcomes in our lives.
