Tips for Creating Balance from the Inside Out

Balance is a point crossed over in the swings between two points. Absolute balance is impossible and not a place or condition that should be sought after as a goal for our lives!

Energy constantly moves from of chaos to coherence.
An achievable goal is to make swings less intense and extreme.

Balance Can Be Fluid

Consider adopting an attitude that balance is a kind of fluid state that can be a simple guide to keep in mind to appraise how you spend your time and energy. With this in mind you have a way to measure possible decisions and choices about how to spend your time, energy and attention.
This approach provides you with a valuable aid in keeping the process of your life on track rather than feeling that you are always falling short of achieving a magical or unrealistic goal.

Affirmations to Help:

As I build, strengthen and balance my energy, I increase my ability to freely dance with the energy of the cosmos
I can forgive myself for mistakes. As I grow and learn more, I move more gracefully with life.
Feeling appreciation brings balance to my heart and mind.

Adopt a kinder attitude toward yourself when looking for greater balance in your life….progress not perfection!

This question places you at the center of your life and provides a means to clarify and stay in touch with who you are and what you intend for your life!
