Filling the conscious mind with ideal conceptions is a characteristic of Western theosophy, but not the confrontation with the shadow and the world of darkness. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. Carl Jung
Personal power and enlightenment result from knowing yourself, understanding where your reactivity comes from, knowing how to shift out of that reactivity to heal the hurt parts that generate the uncomfortable emotions.
Personal power includes knowing how to soothe and comfort yourself and how to effectively release fear, worry, and turmoil.
Personal power involves recognizing the clues regarding negative beliefs that are running your life, preventing you from being more peaceful and embracing higher energy states.
As we clear the clutter from our energy systems there is more space and openness for ‘I AM’ consciousness to flow –our best wisdom can more freely emerge – our ability to shape our lives strengthens, our connection to spirit expands, and we begin to not only live differently, but more importantly from a different place within.
