“Much of life can never be explained but only witnessed”. Rachel Naomi Remen
In our culture there is so much focus on achieving goals that we can lose our ability to BE. There is nothing wrong with developing ourselves, learning new skills and having aspirations. However, we may lose a valuable ally on our path when we bring an attitude of striving and achieving to our inner world rather than learning approaches that open us to the core truths of who we are.
