Tension in my body constricts my energy flow affecting my health, feelings and interactions in the world.
I can choose to take “breath breaks” throughout my day, intentionally tuning into my body-mind, noticing stress and tension, I can willingly release it with my out breath.
As I pay attention to breathing freely and easily, new healthy energy fills me and a vibrant sense of aliveness grows.
Focusing on creating a free and easy flow within increases my mental clarity, a sense of inner ease begins to emerge and the outer world becomes much less difficult.
